Bears! In the Library! My bears are in the library this summer. This is all new work— monotypes created using shaped plates; many are inspired by photos, notes and newspaper clippings from my mom, who keeps me posted on bear visits and happenings in my hometown. A few (like Bear Selfie III and Mama, a rainbow below) are embellished with butterflies made with markers and vellum or colored pencil (rainbow). All are framed in lightweight, light toned protective wood and plexi frames—not archival or gallery grade, but easy to hang or ship. Works can be purchased in my shop or through Venmo, please feel free to email me with any questions! 20% of all sales will be donated to the Unity Public Library August Appeal.
