Schoodic Institute, Acadia National Park, ME

I’m SO excited to be attending SCBWI New England’s brand new retreat for traditionally published authors and illustrators, editors and agents, The Acadia Retreat will be held at the Schoodic Institute in Acadia National Park. Yes, that means we’ll be creating in a Dark Sky Preserve. AHhhOOOooooo! Stellar faculty includes: Eileen Robinson (Editorial Director/Executive Editor, Charlesbridge Moves), Kevin Hawkes (Author/Illustrator), and Alison Johnson (Director of School Programs for Island Readers & Writers); Alex Hinrichs and Casey Robinson are program directors. AND we’ll all be at the Foggy River Children’s Book Festival in Ellsworth on October 27!
